This notice explains how we process personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) when you use digital-craft.store.

Data we collect

Inquiry form. When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, and message text. The form posts JSON to our same-domain handler at /api/inquiry. We use this information only to read, assess, and respond to your inquiry.

Cookie preference. If you accept or reject cookies via our banner, we store your choice in your browser’s localStorage under the key dcpp_cookie_consent. This is not sent to our servers automatically.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

We process inquiry data to take steps at your request before a contract (responding to your message) and, where applicable, for our legitimate interest in operating a professional planning practice. Where PDPA requires consent for specific processing, we will ask separately before going beyond response handling.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain ordinary business correspondence, then deleted or anonymised unless law requires longer retention.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use infrastructure providers who process data on our instructions to host the site and deliver email—bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the limited data we handle through the inquiry form.

Changes

We will update this policy when our practices change and revise the effective date above.
