Milestone planning framework

How we structure creative-project decisions, phase gates, and milestone sheets for studios and independent makers.

Our milestone framework is built for creative work where outputs shift shape but deadlines and budgets still bind you. It is not a generic Gantt template; it is a sequence of decision gates you can defend to collaborators, clients, and fabricators.

Phase map before production spend

We start by listing deliverables in the order they unlock one another—roughs before finals, approvals before print, master files before platform upload. Each item carries a plain-language definition of complete, not a percentage bar that means different things to different people.

Decision register

Every open question gets a owner, a due decision date, and the options still on the table. Deferred choices are marked explicitly so they do not reappear as surprises in week six. This register travels with the milestone sheet; it is the paper trail when someone asks why a direction was chosen.

Review rhythm

Creative projects fail quietly when feedback arrives too late. We align review rounds with material risk: expensive processes get earlier checkpoints; exploratory sketches get lighter touch. The rhythm is negotiated with your team, not imposed from a software default.

Bangkok-based facilitation

Sessions can take place at our head office on Charoen Krung Road or remotely when that fits your collaborators. We document outcomes in formats you can share—no account required on a third-party platform.

Next step

When you are ready to apply this framework to your project, describe your situation on the contact page. Engagement formats and fees are discussed individually; nothing on this site constitutes a fixed public price list.
